Mount Shepherd offers several opportunities for young men and women to get involved in the camping and retreat ministries.

- Enjoys working in an outdoor setting.
- Is 18 years of age or has completed high school.
- Has a cheerful, positive attitude.

| Qualifications |
- Is committed to the Christian faith and is an active church member.
- Enjoys working with children and youth grades one through twelve.
- Enjoys working in an outdoor setting.
- At least a rising high school senior.
- Has a cheerful, positive attitude.
