• Registrations are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.  A camper is registered when the registration form and the deposit are in the camp office.  Photocopies are acceptable.  Please complete all of the registration form.
• Registrations postmarked on or before March 14 will receive $5 off the registration fee.
• ATTENTION RETURNING CAMPERS: Register a friend for camp who has not attended camp at MSRC before and you will receive $25.00 off your registration fee!
• One registration form per camper per session is required.  A non-refundable and non-transferable $50 pre-registration fee must accompany the registration form.  The balance is due upon arrival.
• Financial assistance is available on a “first request, first given” basis. Call the camp office.
• Upon receipt of the registration form a “To Bring List”, health form, and other material are mailed to the camper’s address unless otherwise informed.  The health form must be completed in full and mailed or brought with the camper before attendance is allowed.  Do not fax the medical form.  A physical is required within two years of attending camp.  Sports physicals are acceptable.

ACCEPTANCE POLICY: Campers are accepted without discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, religion or national origin.
