For campers ages 6-9, Mini Camp is a smaller version of our week long overnight program. It is an opportunity for our campers to see what overnight camp is all about without having to stay the whole week. Most activities are like the full week Elementary Overnight Camp where campers share in activities such as swimming, climbing, arts & crafts, hiking, campfires, talent show) and more.

Check-In Time:
Families will get an email with assigned check-in time and cabin assignment the week before your session begins.

​Session 1: All check-in times are between 3-5 pm on Sunday.
Session 2: All check-in times are between 2-4 pm on Wednesday.  

​Check-Out Time:
Session 1: Wednesday 9-11 am 
Session 2: Friday from 1-3 pm

If you need to pick-up or drop-off campers at another time, please call the camp office at 336-629-4085 to discuss your options.

As a part of our mission, Mount Shepherd is committed to making camp possible for ALL children, regardless of financial resources. We encourage camp families to reach out to their local church to request financial support. The application for scholarships must be completed while registering your camper. Once your camper is successfully registered your scholarship application will be processed. Please allow 7 business days. Scholarship applications will not begin being processed until February 15, 2022.
